Dad

I was trained in a secular private school and had this info, but TOG ignores it and selects revisionist writers to bury it. It was the dark ages because God's word was hidden by the church, individuals were not allowed to have scripture, and even the Mass's were done in latin so only a very few could understand what was even being said. But now we live in an age of ecumenicism and are supposed to ignore these unsavory parts of history - which TOG does very well. We just started with this curriculum a month ago, but that is more than enough to see that it is not something I will allow to continue to influence my family. Today one of the children's non-fiction books recommended by TOG was written by a homosexual as described by himself in his "about the author" section about his cats and his male live-in companion. I don't have to lower my standards for my children to receive a good education, and I definitely don't have to lower them and succomb to a TOG history that ignores the wrong's of the Catholic church - Isn't it enough that we're reliving that history again today with the rampant pedophilia in the priesthood today?
