Making a good bow and arrow

Joel and his bow and arrow

I made a bow and arrow quite long ago. It has worked really well except for the arrow. The arrow does not work well because I put too much weight on the end. So I took off the weight and put on feathers at the end of the arrow and it worked really well.

The way you make a bow is to get a bendy piece of wood and some fishing wire and make the fishing wire bend the wood like a C. You attach the fishing wire by making small grooves in the ends of the wood and finishing with a knot at the ends of the wire.
