November Skating Road Trip

Skateboard Park

On November 23, John, Elijah, Noah and I went on a skating road trip. In total we went to 5 skateparks (in order): Goulburn, Yass, Gunners, The Yard and Belco (Belconnon)

Our route was from Sydney to Canberra via Goulburn and Yass. I have two favourites from that day: Gunners and Belco. Belco was humongous! Gunners was mid sized but had really good ramps and transfers and stuff.

I have already been on one Skating road trip and may make a page on that too!

Until then, see ya

Homeschool Excursion to Berry

Berry Skatepark

Berry Skatepark

On June 21st 2011, my mum's birthday, the Merritt's and my family went on a homeschool excursion to Berry.

Berry is a small-ish suburb about 1 hours drive south of Sydney, where I live. It has a good skatepark and a great bakery that sells DELICIOUS pies (in particular meat and curry!). I took my ripstick and scooter to the skatepark and had a heap of fun. My brother likes photography so he took the good camera and took good pictures.

After about an hour at the skatepark we decided to go have lunch. As I said we went to a nice bakery in Berry and had AWESOME pies.

After a full lunch we decided to go for a walk around the place a.k.a shopping (if you have a sister you will understand!). Amazing how sometimes half an hour flies by and other times if feels like an eternity, in this situation it was an eternity before we finally left the shops, sorry SHOP.

For the next hour or so we just took pictures and walked around doing nothing pretty much but peeking in shops. One shop that Noah, Elijah and I were interested in was a cool guitar shop with awesome guitars.

By the time we left Berry our legs were sore and we were still, yes STILL full from our lunch. So, after having a great day, we headed home.

Hi Ben,
Yes, they do have to be small enough to upload.
You can try to resize them by opening them up in Microsoft Office Picture Manager. Go to edit photos and then resize. Resize it to "web-small" and you should be ok. Save it to your desktop with whatever name you want and then find it again and upload it to your site.

Hi Ben,
We also like Berry - such a nice place!
What about adding one of the superb photos your brother took on the day out?
