Benefits of using Math-U-See for multi-age family

I have various aged children,from 16 down to 6 that are using the Math-U-See. I have tried other Math programs and have always been met with frustration with my eldest,where Math is not is strong subject. My son is able to go through the book at his pace and if he doesn't understand it he refers to the CD.

This is great for Mom as I have 5 other children,1 being a toddler and 1 an active pre-schooler! I do not have the time to sit and go over concepts, although I have on occasions. My husband can go over his work and they talk about it. My son finished 1 book quickly and we are going on to another in a 1/2 year! He has more confidence because of this program and I like the fact that Mr. Demme talks to the kids in the CDs.

I always praise this program to others!
