My family went to TURNER to MONET exhibition in Canberra.
I chose one of my favorite paintings that I saw there. Johan Dahl (The painter of this panting)climbed the volcano when it was erupting.
I liked it because of the orange light in the middle of the picture. I like the lava that comes out of the volcano. I like the moon on the water and I like the dark colours around the light.
When you look at the other painting by Dahl of the volcano, you can see people standing around the rim of the volcano.
